RECREATION & LEISURE - Seasonal Activities

In winter, the golf course and regional park are groomed with km of cross-country ski trails. The park's hills are ideal for tobogganing and snowboarding. Snowmobilers have miles of abandoned rail beds and club-sanctioned trails to cruise. There are three downhill skiing lodges within a one and a half hour drive.

Esterhazy is central to a host of summer fishing and boating lakes excellent ice fishing spots, in the Qu'Appelle Valley, and the Duck Mountain and Good Spirit Provincial Parks. Wildlife hunting includes deer, elk, bear, and geese.
